Additional Information: The work is hand signed in Hebrew letters and dated 1916.
This work was painted in 1916 while the artist was still in Kiev and belongs to his first period (1915-1917)
The authenticity of this work has been confirmed by the State Russian Museum (expert G. Chugunov) and by the Ryback Comite in Israel.
Provenance: Acquired by Peretz Hirschbein, Kiev circa 1916.
Thence by descent to Sara Pravatiner, (nee Hirschbein), sister of the above circa 1948.
Thence by descent from Abraham and Sara Pravatiner to their son, Lee Pravatiner.
Condition:Very good condition,Framed.
