Additional Information: The original lithograph is hand signed in pencil "Marc Chagall" at the lower right margin and
hand inscribed in pencil "H.C." (Hors Commerce = Out of Trade) at the lower left margin.
This work was printed in a limited edition of 50 hand signed and numbered impressions on Arches paper by Mourlot in France and published in 1966.
Our impression is one of the few H.C proofs aside the regular numbered edition of 50.
