This painting was painted in circa 1969.

Provenance: Collection of Herman van Veen (Cinco), Amsterdam.

Herman van Veen lived in Amsterdam and had a close relationship to the arts. He was living in a large circle of artists friends and collected over a long period of time contempory works especially by Dutch artists. He was a passionate dealer, buying art at auctions, as well. A few years ago, a part of his collection was sold at Christies.
