Additional Information: The etching is hand signed in pencil by the artist “Max Papart” at the lower right margin,
and hand inscribed in pencil “essai d´une planche refusee” (trial of a declined plate).
This is probably one of a few rare proofs or even possibily the only proof that exists of this etching, which was never published in a full edition. Initially the work was planned to be included in the portfolio ´Le Sang, La Seve, l´Eau et Les Larmes´ (1968).

Condition: Excellent condition.
