Additional Information: This original etching is hand signed in pencil by the artist “Auerbach” at the lower right margin. It is dated “89” [1989] next to the signature.
It is also numbered from the edition of 50, at the lower left margin. There were also 10 artist’s proofs.
The work is titled “Julia” at the centre of the lower margin.
It was printed by Marc Balakjian and Dorothea Wight at Studio Print, London and published by Marlborough Graphics, Ltd., London in 1990.

This composition is one of seven etchings created by Auerbach of family and close friends. In this instance, it is once again the artist’s wife Julia who acts as muse. The etchings were created by the artist using a screwdriver on copper.
