Additional Information: This original etching and aquatint in colours is hand signed in pencil by the artist “Francis Bacon” at the lower right margin.
It is also numbered from the edition of 100 at the lower left margin. There were a further 43 hors commerce impressions numbered in Roman numerals.
It was printed and published by Georges Visat Editions in Paris.
The paper bears the Arches watermark and the publisher’s blind stamp in the lower right margin.

Condition: very good condition. A very pale, unobtrusive band of staining vissible in raking light in the upper left margin.
