The Complete Set of Ten Original Hand Signed and Numbered Etchings and Aquatints on Arches Wove Paper
48 x 35.3 cm. / 18.9 x 13.9 in.
This set of ten original etchings and aquatints are each hand signed in pencil with the artist’s initials "R. L" in the lower margin of each sheet.
It is also numbered in pencil from the edition of 80, at the lower left margin.
There were also 45 hors commerce [out of trade] impressions numbered with Roman numerals and a deluxe edition of 42 on Japan paper.
The series was printed by Atelier Dupont-Visat, L’Inediteur, Paris and was published by Les Editions du Solstice, Paris.
It is accompanied by text by Allen Ginsberg and is additionally co-signed on the justification page by Roy Lichtenstein and Allen Ginsberg. Each of the 80 folios were prepared for a named member of the supporters of Les Editions du Solstice.
