This original lithograph in colours is hand signed in pencil by the artist "Barbara Hepworth" in the lower right image.
It is also hand numbered in pencil from the edition of 60, at the lower left corner.
It was printed by Stanley Jones of Curwen Studio, London and published Curwen Press, London.
The paper bears the blindstamp of the publisher in the lower left corner.
Argos is one of twelve lithographs created for the portfolio, ‘Twelve Lithographs’, published in 1969.
