This work is hand signed in pencil by the artist at the lower right margin "G. Braque".
It is also hand numbered in pencil from the edition of 30, at the lower left margin. This is one of 30 artist’s proofs aside from the standard edition of 300.
The work was printed by Guy Spitzer in Paris in a limited edition of 300 signed and numbered impressions.
The work is furthermore signed in the plate "G. Braque" and dated "24" in the lower right of the image. The print was realised in the 1960s after the painting from 1924.
The paper bears the Johannot watermark in the upper left and lower right margins as well as the Guy Spitzer blindstamp in the lower left image.
Provenance: The Collection of Nannette Rothschild [née Friend] (1897–1979) and Herbert Rothschild (1891–1976).
Condition: Very good condition. The sheet slightly toned. The sheet is attached to board, as appears common for this edition.
