49.2 x 40 cm. / 19.4 x 15.8 in.
This original pencil drawing is hand signed by the artist "Foujita" in the lower right of the image.
The paper bears the watermark of Johannot Annonay – France along the upper sheet.

Provenance: Collection Kimiyo Foujita.
Kimiyo Foujita was the artist's wife. She died in 2009 aged 99 years old. Her collection included major artworks from the famous Japanese/French artist of the "Annees Folles" in Paris.

Condition: Very good condition. The work is lightly tipped to the edges of a support card. A 28 mm. tears at the centre of the left sheet edge. Very minor paper losses along the extreme sheet edges with associated nicks.
